Questions

Does AI cost extra?

No. AI is included in every seat. The built-in model includes 100 AI requests per active user per month (at least 300 per workspace), which resets on the 1st. If you connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, requests made with it are unlimited — you pay your provider directly.

Which models does it use?

By default, a built-in open model (Llama 3.3 70B) running on Cloudflare Workers AI — no key needed. Admins can switch to Anthropic Claude or OpenAI GPT models by adding their own API key in Settings → AI.

Can AI see records I’m not allowed to see?

No. Every AI feature only reads records the person asking can open, the same rule the rest of Ayidhu follows. Reports, digests and copilot answers are limited the same way.

Where does my data go?

With the built-in model, prompts are processed on Cloudflare Workers AI. With your own key, they go to the provider you chose, under your agreement with them. AI can be switched off for the whole organization in Settings → AI.

Can I connect my own AI agent?

Yes. Ayidhu includes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Connect an assistant such as Claude with an API key and it can search, read and — with a read-write key — update records, with exactly the key member’s access.
