Set up your workspace
Invite your team, create their roles, and add any custom fields or objects you need. Owners in your file are matched to these team members.

Export from your current system
Every CRM and spreadsheet app can export to CSV. Export one file per record type: accounts, contacts, deals and so on.

Map your columns
Upload a file and Ayidhu matches its columns to your fields. Let AI suggest the mapping, then review and adjust every column before anything is saved.

Choose how to handle duplicates
Match on email, name or any other field, then skip rows you already have or update them in place. Blank cells never erase existing data.

Import and review
Each import reports what was created, updated, skipped or rejected, with the exact line number and reason for every problem row. Each import is also recorded in your audit log.

Ownership kept
Owners are matched to your team by email or name. Anyone who isn’t on your team yet is listed before you import, never guessed.
No duplicates
Skip records you already have, or update them in place. Re-running an import is safe.

Updates only write the cells you filled in. Blank cells leave existing data alone.
Every problem explained
Rows that can’t be imported are listed with their line number and the reason, so you can fix and re-import just those.

Migration questions
What file format do I need?
CSV, with a header row. Every major CRM and spreadsheet app can export it. Files can be up to 5 MB each; split larger exports into parts.
Will my reps keep their own records?
Yes. Map your owner column and each record is assigned to the matching team member by email or name. If an owner isn’t on your team yet, you can skip those rows or import them with a default owner, and you see the list before you import.
What if I import the same file twice?
Choose a field to match on, such as email, and Ayidhu will skip records you already have, or update them with the newer values. Repeated rows within one file are handled too.
Can I run my old CRM and Ayidhu side by side?
Yes. Import early, keep working in both, then run a final import with “update existing records” selected to pick up anything that changed before you switch over.
Is my data safe during the move?
Imports travel over encrypted connections and land in your organization’s isolated workspace, under the same protections as the rest of your data. Only people with permission to create records can import.
Can I get my data out again later?
Yes. You can build a report on any object and download it as a CSV file at any time. Your data is never locked in.
