Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ayidhu ("the Service") operated by Ayidhu.com ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Ayidhu is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that allows organizations to manage contacts, leads, deals, appointments, and related business data. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with plans as described on our pricing page.

You must create an account to use Ayidhu. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each organization receives its own isolated workspace (subdomain). You may not share your account credentials with persons outside your organization.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy, which lets you request a refund of any subscription charge within 14 days of the transaction.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.

If your payment fails, we will notify you by email and provide a grace period of 7 days before suspending your account. Suspended accounts retain data for 30 days before deletion.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

You agree not to use Ayidhu to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Store, transmit, or process data you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) to contacts stored in the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Ayidhu ("Customer Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

The Ayidhu platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Ayidhu.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayidhu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party provider outages, etc.).

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel from your account settings; your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security or legal risk to us or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
